A month already!!!!
How in the world does life just go by and some stuff just doesn’t seem to get done? Like checking this website daily? Well I’ve only dropped 2 pounds this month. Not bad considering the month I had. I didn’t hardly exercise at all, but I kept my eating in check. So that makes me feel very good, knowing that I’m eating right is still dropping weight, just not as fast as if I exercised regulary. I will not be able to keep up my 5 day a week exercise routine I was doing as my son now has baseball games once or twice a week (weekdays..uuuhhh) So that cuts in, but I’m still going to get in what I can on those days. I take the stairs daily at work…so that’s a big plus! Keep up the great work ladies….and watch what’s and how much are on those plates!
