Finally…..
Back into the swing of things……..it’s only been how long? Good Grief……but now I’ve got my head where it needs to be. :) Life is good and I’m eating so much better and exercise every day (except some weekends I’ll rest). I love the Dr. Oz show and watch religiously every night…so I get a full hour of exercise every night. I don’t dare sit and watch I’m walking in place, jogging, using the mini trampoline, lifting weights…anything while I’m watching his show. I am however ready for some warm weather so I can get back out to the park to walk and jog….being outside is so nice after being cooped up in the house for so long. HOpe everyone is great! I’m hoping to be on more regular now.
